With the 4th of July coming this weekend, I have been thinking about freedom.  Freedom in my life is the ability to be with my daughter, and make a living doing something that I love!  It took me a while to realize what I really wanted for a professional career, and when I decided to start my business, Vintage VA Services, it was a great feeling.  And, yes, it has been a lot of work having my own business.  But, I absolutely love what I am doing!  I love meeting new people, learning about different businesses, and being able to help others succeed at their business.

Have you thought about what makes you truly happy?  Are you spending too much time focusing on the parts of your business that you don’t love doing?  Why not delegate the things you don’t love and spend more of your time focusing on what you do!  Maybe you hate maintaining your website.  Well, find someone who enjoys maintaining websites and delegate that task to them.  Now, you have freed up your time!  You can focus on other areas of your business, or spend more time with your family, or whatever makes you happy!

Start thinking about what you really want out of your life and your business and make it happen!  That is truly freedom!
