One of the things I find with the classes and workshops on social media that I teach - some people think because the social media tools are free that they'll also be easy. If you try and figure it out on your own without any coaching, you can spend hundreds of hours learning the best practices. I'm teaching at the Sacramento Association of Realtors next week.
